Akamedia Japan Co., Ltd. changed its corporate name to “ONLINE FACE Inc.” effective July 1, 2026, and relocated its head office to Minato-ku, Tokyo.
This name change unifies the brand of “ONLINE FACE,” the next-generation e-learning system utilizing AI identity verification that we develop and provide, with our corporate brand, as we drive further growth and global expansion as a leading company supporting the DX of national qualifications, statutory training, and education and training fields. ONLINE FACE® leverages AI identity-verification technology as a platform that enables identity confirmation and fraud prevention in online training and courses, and is used in a wide range of education and training fields, including statutory training related to national qualifications overseen by the National Police Agency, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and other government bodies.
Going forward, ONLINE FACE Inc. will continue to support the DX of education, qualifications, and training under the concept of “Design the Next Learning,” while working to build a trust infrastructure for the digital society.
