At the Yokkaichi Refinery, a large number of site entrants had to be handled during periodic turnaround (TA) maintenance, which led to numerous operational challenges.
After adopting ONLINE FACE®,
the refinery achieved operational improvements, and 93% of trainees during the TA period shifted to online training.
The significant reduction in in-person training sessions, reduced travel and waiting time for personnel including partner companies, and the maintained quality of safety education were all highly evaluated.
