Recently, we have confirmed that products believed to be counterfeits of our “ONLINE FACE®” product are being sold and distributed on the market. We have also observed cases of unauthorized use or display of our logo and brand trademarks, as well as products that are not ours being sold in a manner that could lead consumers to mistakenly believe they use the same technology.
The manufacture and sale of counterfeit products may infringe our patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, and may also constitute a violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention Act. If criminally prosecuted, such acts may, at the court’s discretion, be punishable by imprisonment, a fine, or both.
We will work closely with our attorneys and patent attorneys to take strict legal action against any infringement of our intellectual property rights or any act constituting unfair competition.
If you wish to use our products, please be careful to avoid these counterfeit products before adopting them.
