① Enrollment of participants (Patent No. 7063508)

At enrollment, each participant registers a master photo for identity verification together with their details.
To ensure the photo really belongs to the applicant, it is automatically matched against an official photo ID.
We verify that the name, date of birth and facial photo on the uploaded ID match the registered information.

Identity checks do not run on a fixed schedule: our proprietary algorithm runs them automatically in the background, multiple times at random intervals.
Verification may occur two or three times in one minute, or once in three minutes — the timing changes with every session.
Because participants never know when the next check will come, they maintain an appropriate level of attentiveness and take lectures seriously, even online.

To prevent fraud, no "verification starting" notice is shown — checks run automatically without the participant noticing.
No device operation is required for each check, so learning is never interrupted and high-quality outcomes can be expected.
If a participant has left their seat, is impersonating someone, or is dozing off, a verification-error warning appears on their screen.
If re-verification fails within the time limit, the session is suspended, returned to the beginning of the lecture, or force-logged-out.

For online examinations, in addition to identity checks and anti-fraud measures on the exam device, the system links with the cameras of the examinee's other devices, such as a smartphone, eliminating blind spots and preventing cheating and impersonation even more rigorously.
It matches the rigor of in-person examinations while dramatically cutting costs by removing the need for proctors, enables candidates to sit exams from home anywhere in the country, and delivers the reliability required even for statutory national-qualification examinations.

*The camera verifies the examinee's hands, and AI automatically detects objects that could enable cheating, such as smartphones or textbooks.

When a course or examination is completed, participants can download a digital certificate of completion.
In addition to standard digital certificates, FACE BADGE® applies cutting-edge blockchain technology to firmly prevent forgery and tampering.
It can be used for digital certificates for national qualifications, courses, training and examinations run by public institutions, and many other credentials.

Authenticity can be checked by reading the QR code and the photo with any camera-equipped device (PC, smartphone or tablet).
